Scrappy’s Bitters: Orleans 5oz bottle

Sazerac Recipe:

• 3 oz Rye Whisky
• 3/4 oz Simple Syrup
• 3-4 dashes of Orleans Bitters

Stir and strain into a chilled glass (optional: with an absinthe rinse)

Garnish with a lemon peel
